Finding A Doctor
The Mood Disorders Association of Ontario does not maintain a list of doctors accepting patients; however, MDAO provides some strategies which our members have found to be helpful for finding a doctor.

You can use the CPSO website to search for a doctor in Ontario online.
- Go to the CPSO Doctor_Search page.
- Select "Easy Search" for Family Physicians or "Advanced Search" for a psychiatrist.
- Follow the online directions.
You can also call their Finding a Doctor Service in Toronto at (416) 967-2626. You may have to be on hold for a few minutes.
